Wade to the Bulls? UTTER NONSENSE!!!

I'm pretty much in a state of disbelief right now. Apparently, anyone can make up the most ridiculous NBA trade rumor imaginable and people will run with it...INCLUDING ESPN.

Chad Ford, whom I used to respect, makes a case for a Wade to the Bulls deal. WHAT??? The only thing more amusing than this pathetic excuse for an argument is that Bulls fans are chiming in against the deal FROM CHICAGO'S END. What the hell???

I'm sorry to even be reporting this. Truly, I am. Please tell me I'm not losing my mind here.

Wade himself declared it utter nonsense yesterday. Ford has proved himself to be just another pot-stirrer. Think about how nonsensical the trade would be on the Heat's end - the only reason we're really debating who to pick at #2 is that we want this guy to complement, not supplant, Flash in helping bring the franchise back to championship prominence.

Wade is the face of the Miami Heat. Nobody would give a damn about Derrick Rose and Michael Beasley if there wasn't a Dwyane Wade by his side. The Heat would just be another high lottery team who got a collegiate stud (see Durant & the Sonics), not a team on the cusp of great things because it can build around more than one great player.

This is total BS. My neighbor is a part-time trainer for the Heat and said this was made up and is never gonna happen. Its not even worth talking about because then you give dumbasses like Chad Ford credit for accomplishing what they set out to do.

I'm glad my sanity really is in tact.

I was so baffled by this rumor, I could barely sleep. If Wade were just a good player, I could see how that might be within the realm of possibility, but not when he's happy, he was a Finals MVP, and he's the most popular athlete in South Florida.

Thanks, Blind Mind, for putting my conscience at ease.
