The Heat Find Higher Calling

If the Marlins Manatee story was one of the more amusingly absurd storylines of this year, I've now been alerted to one just as absurd, but far more embarrassing.

The Miami Heat's wounded (essentially the whole team), will be taking calls for season tickets during halftime of tonight's game. Clever promotion or pathetic disgrace? I say the latter.

The only good news? Perhaps some of these disappointments will find an occupation more suitable for their talents. I hear PBS is hiring.
